South Australia’s coastal communities are doing it tough — our local fishermen are facing real challenges from the recent algal bloom affecting our waters.


Join us in standing beside them for an evening of shared stories, delicious food, and meaningful connection.


Hosted by Manu Delights, this special event brings together local fishermen, researchers/scientists, and food lovers to shine a light on our local waters — and the incredible seafood they provide.


On the Menu


A creative coastal feast featuring:

Locally caught fish — Kuti Paella, Coorong Mullet, Mulloway, and Carp (market availability)
Local refreshments are available 
Seasonal produce from local growers

A night of flavour, heart, and connection — where every plate makes a difference.
